Where to Find Venom Gland
17 Pals drop Venom Gland when defeated or captured, which is usually the faster route if you are already out hunting — the drop list below is sorted by how reliably each one gives it up.

Sending a team on the Ancient Feybreak Ruins expedition brings some back without you leaving base.
Hands-off option: Caprity Noct and Depresso produce it at a Ranch, so a single assigned Pal keeps a slow supply coming in.

Using Venom Gland Well
Two base furniture pieces take a gland each on top of the gear and ammo recipes: the Antique Carpet costs 3 Cloth plus 1 Venom Gland, and the Antique Green Wooden Chair costs 10 Wood plus 1 Venom Gland. Both unlock from the furniture tech tiers, so a decorating session can quietly eat a dozen glands you were saving for Poison Arrow.
Menasting is the run to make. It pays the largest stack of any source — 5 to 10 per kill, guaranteed — and its spawn points are the same set day and night, so a Venom Gland trip never has to wait for dark. Every other heavy dropper is a night Pal in practice, and Depresso in particular has no daytime spawn at all, so schedule the catching trip after sunset if the Ranch route is what you are after.
Dandilord shows up on the drop list but has no wild field spawns anywhere — it is a fixed encounter, not something you can loop. Beating it hands over 5 to 6 glands, a shade above the 4 to 5 a regular kill of that species would give, and then it is done until the fight resets. Do not build a farming route around it.
What Venom Gland Is For
Venom Gland is what the quest "That's That Me, Depresso!" asks you to bring — that is the reason it exists, and why holding on to one is worth more than selling it.
