How to Get Elizabee
Elizabee is Grass, so a Fire attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Elizabee spawn between level 34 and 39. A level 39 one resists far more than a level 34; catch cheap first, then farm the high spawns for condensing.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it middle of the road: take the health bar down first and aim for its back.
Bring Fire damage and a Fire mount. Grass takes extra damage from Fire and shrugs off Grass and Ground attacks, so a Ground-type partner will stall out on the alpha's 39-level health pool. Wild ones in the 34-39 band die quickly to the same setup, so save spheres for the alpha and farm the regular spawns for Honey.
FirePlaying Elizabee Well
The level 39 alpha keeps a fixed arena in the northeastern grasslands, a short walk southeast of the Sacred Realm of the Guardian fast travel statue. Unlock that statue first and the fight is a one-minute approach on foot from the respawn point, which makes the alpha worth re-clearing on its cooldown for the guaranteed Ancient Civilization Parts.
Hatching is a fight-free alternative: a Huge Verdant Egg can produce one, and those spawn in the grass region and on the northeastern island. Egg nests refresh on a roughly three-hour timer, so a circuit of known nest spots between other errands adds up faster than farming a single respawning alpha.

Beating the boss Elizabee once yields the Elizabee Bounty Token. Holding it is the whole effect — it permanently raises the stats of every Pal on your team for as long as it sits in your inventory, so it is never worth selling.
