How to Get Fenglope Lux
Fenglope Lux is Electric, so a Ground attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Fenglope Lux spawn between level 57 and 80. That top end fights the sphere much harder, so start low and leave the tougher ones until you need duplicates.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it middle of the road: take the health bar down first and aim for its back.
You do not have to win a level-60 alpha fight to own one. Electric eggs picked up around Feybreak can hatch it, and world eggs refresh on roughly a three-hour real-time cycle, so a collection loop is the low-risk route in if the alpha is above your gear. Once you have any single copy the breeding table opens wide — over 500 distinct parent pairs land on Fenglope Lux, so replacements and passive rerolls cost you cake, not another boss run.
GroundPlaying Fenglope Lux Well
As a ride it is a straight copy of Fenglope — same 750 run, same 1050 sprint, same 140 mount stamina, and the same mid-air second jump while you are in the saddle, which is what lets it cross gaps and pop onto ledges that other ground mounts have to go around. The catch is the saddle: Fenglope Lux Saddle sits at technology level 57 against the plain Fenglope's 26, so mounting one is a late-game unlock for a ride you could already have had in the 20s. Take the Lux for what Stormcloud does off the saddle, not for the speed.
Stormcloud is element-gated, not a general loot booster: the bonus only fires on Water Pals you defeat, scaling 40% at rank 1 to 80% at rank 5. That makes it a trip-specific partner — swap it in for pearl and venom-gland runs along the water spawns, then swap it back out. It also collides with its own base value, since a Pal you are carrying is a Pal not sitting on a generator, and Electricity 5 is the best line on its sheet. Breed a second one before you start field-carrying the first.
