Prunelia
#147Sharp-witted and poised, it was a common hire as an attendant in the island's noble houses, until people got a look at its face after dark; the effect was eerie enough to end the practice quickly.

How to Get Prunelia
Prunelia is Grass / Dark, so a Dragon or Fire attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Prunelia spawn between level 50 and 66. The higher end resists spheres noticeably harder, so it is worth hunting the low-level spawns for your first catch and saving the high ones for a condenser stack.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it exactly average, so weaken it properly and throw from behind for the back-strike bonus.
Playing Prunelia Well
Do not build a party around it. Its entire learnset is Shot-category with no melee option at all, its Shot Attack of 95 is the lowest number on its sheet, and the two moves that hit hard — Solar Blast at 450 and Wind Burst at 600 — carry 20 and 30 second cooldowns. Catch it for the farm; bring something else to the fight, and lean on Fire or Dragon damage when you are the one fighting it.
Condensing pays twice on this one. Prayer for Abundant Harvest climbs 18% → 22% → 26% → 30% → 35% extra crop yield across the five ranks, and full condensation also lifts every work suitability two levels, so Planting and Medicine Production go from 3 to 5. One four-star Prunelia in a farming base beats three freshly caught ones sitting in the same pen — the harvest bonus rides on the individual Pal, not on how many of them you own.
Pin it to a Monitoring Stand. It carries five work suitabilities but only two worth using — Planting 3 and Medicine Production 3 — while Handiwork and Transporting sit at 1, low enough that it will happily wander onto hauling duty and stall the crop loop it was caught for. Restricting it to planting and the medicine bench keeps the field and the medicine bench producing at the same time, which is the whole reason to keep one.
Every base job it does runs off Work Speed, so the passives to hunt for are the craft-speed ones: Demon's Hand (+90%, at the cost of sanity draining 15% faster), Remarkable Craftsmanship (+75%), Artisan (+50%) and Work Slave (+30%). Work Slave is normally a trade — it docks 30% Shot Attack — but on a Pal that never leaves the base that penalty is free, which makes it one of the cheapest good rolls you can breed onto a Prunelia.

Prunelia Boss Rewards
Beating the boss Prunelia once yields the Prunelia Bounty Token. Holding it is the whole effect — it permanently raises the stats of every Pal on your team for as long as it sits in your inventory, so it is never worth selling.
Wild Prunelia Level Range
Wild Prunelia roam at level 50–66 out in the world — plan your spheres and party level around that before hunting one on the interactive map.
Where to Find Prunelia
Prunelia spawn locations in the wild — every marked spot is a known spawn area.
Most of them are around Scarlet Outlook (15.5% of known spots), with smaller pockets near Wildlands Floodgate and Crimson Labyrinth. They come in groups of up to 2, so plan sphere stock for more than one.

Prunelia in Base Raids
Prunelia shows up in one raid group that attack your base, at level 13–15 around the Yamishima. Worth knowing before you settle there — build your defences around what actually turns up.
Dungeons Prunelia Appears In
Besides its wild habitat, Prunelia turns up inside one cavern, and takes the boss chamber in one of them. Caverns are the reliable option when the overworld roll is not going your way.
the boss chamber fight is level 56–58, and ordinary cavern spawns run level 50–55.
Best Prunelia Build
Prunelia shines as a base worker. The passives below push that strength as hard as possible — hunt them through catches, breeding or implants.
