The base version is a late tech unlock you craft from World Tree materials, and the legendary Schematic 4 upgrade is a genuine chase item. How to Get the Drone Launcher

Unlock it at Technology level 77, then craft it from top-shelf World Tree materials — Paloxite Ingot ×70, World Tree Holy Water ×40, AI Core ×8 and Ancient Civilization Core ×5. All four schematic tiers come from World Tree content — this is a weapon the game wants you to earn at the top of the world.
