Bounty hunting is one of the most reliable income streams in Palworld: every wanted outlaw you take down pays a guaranteed 1 to 5 Successful Bounty Tokens, and the reward shop turns those tokens into stat fruits, implants, and one of the rarest items in the game. Here's every bounty target with its exact payout, plus the full reward list so you know what to save for.
How Bounties Work
Bounty targets are named human outlaws — every one drops Successful Bounty Tokens on defeat, guaranteed, every time. Hand the tokens to a Vigilante Bounty Officer in any village or town and you can trade them for rewards from the table below. Since the payouts are guaranteed, the only question is which targets are worth the fight.

Alpha Bounty Tokens Are a Different Thing
Don't confuse bounty hunting with the other token in your inventory: alpha bosses award their own named Bounty Tokens — 102 of them, each tied to a specific alpha — and those work like trophies. Just having one in your possession permanently increases the stats of the Pals in your team, so they're worth collecting even though they never get spent. Every alpha and its location is on the Alpha Pals list and the interactive map's boss layer.
