How to Get Faux Cherry Blossoms Set: Cost and 3 Pieces — Palworld Database

The Faux Cherry Blossoms Set is the last faux plant technology on the tree, unlocking at level 56 for a single point and dropping three artificial sakura trees into your build menu. This guide covers the level and point cost, all three pieces with their exact recipes, the 60 Hardwood the full set costs, and how it slots into a Sakurajima-themed base alongside the other Japanese-style unlocks.

Faux Cherry Blossoms Set at a Glance

This is the eighth and final faux plant set on the Palworld Technology Tree, and it is the only one built for a specific theme rather than a biome — the set exists to give a Japanese-style base its blossom canopy. There is no parent technology to buy first, so your character level is the only gate, and none of the three trees needs power, a worker or a crafting station once unlocked. The one catch is permanence: the pieces cannot be chopped back down for materials, so the 60 Hardwood you spend is gone for good.

How to Unlock the Faux Cherry Blossoms Set

Reach character level 56, open the technology tree and spend one point on the Faux Cherry Blossoms Set — all three trees then live permanently in the Furniture tab. Level 56 is one of the more expensive rows in the back half of the tree, asking 22 points across six technologies, and four of those six cost five points apiece. The Pal Disassembly Conveyor is the row's genuine priority because it turns surplus captures into stat-boosting materials without you clicking through menus, and the Guided Missile Launcher plus its Missile Ammo is the combat pick. At one point for three pieces, the blossom set is the cheapest thing on the row by a factor of five, so it rarely competes with anything.

All 3 Pieces and What Each One Costs

The three trees are variants A, B and C of the same blossom canopy and they are priced identically at 20 Hardwood each, so there is no budget filler tree to spam along a path. Mixing all three is the whole point — a row of nothing but variant A reads as copy-paste from any distance. This is also one of only two faux sets that ships trees and nothing else, so if you want bushes or a boulder at the base of your sakura you are pulling them from a different set entirely.

How to Farm the 60 Hardwood

Hardwood is a specialty material, not a bulk one — only 49 of the game's 480 buildable structures ask for it at all, and 23 of those are the Japanese-Style Structure Set. That means most players hit level 56 with a thin Hardwood stock rather than a chest full of it, and the 60 units this set wants is the real gate, not the technology point. There are three routes to it: a base facility that produces it on a loop, four Pals that drop it when defeated, or gold across a shop counter.

Build Logging Site II and Forget About It

The Logging Site II is the only facility in the game that produces Hardwood, and it unlocks 13 levels before this set, so a level 56 player has usually built one already. If you have, the whole blossom set costs you nothing but time — park a Lumbering Pal on it and the 60 units accumulate while you play. Building it from scratch is the awkward case: it wants 100 Hardwood up front, which is more than the decoration itself, plus 5 Ancient Civilization Parts from bosses. Put it up for the long-term supply and treat the trees as what you spend the first batch on.

Best Lumbering Pals to Run It

63 Pals can work Lumbering, and by level 56 you can realistically catch the top of that list. Celesdir is the pick and it is not close — work level 7 is the highest you can get from an ordinary wild capture, and with 1,613 spawn points it is one of the most common Pals on the map at any hour. Celesdir Noct is the only Pal with Lumbering 8, but it has no ordinary wild spawns at all, so you are either breeding it or hunting its level 79 alpha. If you want a second worker without a long trip, Bushi Noct sits at work level 5 with the largest spawn footprint of any lumberjack in the game.

Hunt the Four Pals That Drop Hardwood

Exactly four Pals drop Hardwood when defeated, and all four drop it at a guaranteed rate, so a hunting run has no bad luck in it — only slow luck. Wumpo Botan is the best target by drop size at 2 to 5 per kill, and it doubles as a work level 5 lumberjack if you catch it instead, which makes a trip to its 83 spawn points pay twice. Palumba is the runner-up at 2 to 4 and the easiest fight of the group. Even at Wumpo Botan's top roll you are looking at a dozen or more kills for the full 60, so treat this as the route you take when you are already out in the field rather than a dedicated farm.

Buy It Across a Counter

Hardwood costs 100 Gold a unit, which puts the complete three-piece set at 6,000 Gold. That is not cheap by decoration standards, but it is the only route that finishes in one stop, and it has the widest coverage of any material this deep in the tree — the Village Shop, Desert Shop and Volcano Shop all stock it, as does the Wandering Trader, so you are never far from a seller. If you are sitting on gold from selling drops, this is the shortcut.

TipTake the technology point the moment you hit 56 even if your Hardwood stock is empty — the unlock is permanent, costs nothing to sit on, and a Logging Site II will have piled up the 60 units by the time you next think about decorating. And place the trees before you finish the walls: the blossom canopy is wide, and it is much easier to build a Japanese-style roofline around a tree than to squeeze one in afterwards.

Building a Full Sakurajima-Style Base

The blossom set is one piece of a four-technology theme, and the other three are what make it look intentional rather than like a lone pink tree in a stone base. The Japanese-Style Furniture Set at level 55 is the biggest single haul at 13 pieces for 2 points, and it includes the Stone Lantern and Bonsai that fill the ground the blossom set leaves bare. Committing to the whole look costs 8 technology points and 283 Hardwood across the four unlocks, which is why the Logging Site II is worth building well before you start.

Order matters more than usual here. The structure set at 49 is what you need first because walls and foundations define the footprint, the furniture set at 55 fills the interiors, and the blossom trees at 56 are the exterior finish. The Japanese-Style Hot Spring is the odd one out at level 64 and it is the only piece of the four that does anything mechanical — it restores your Pals' sanity faster than a plain hot spring, so it earns its 3 points on function alone. The Moonflower Flag Set at level 55 is a cheap one-point addition if you want banners in the same palette, and it charges no Hardwood at all.

Every Faux Decoration Set Compared

All eight faux sets cost exactly one technology point, so the only real difference is what you get and what it charges. The four sets at level 23 and below are built from Wood, Stone and Fiber, while everything from Tropical upward charges 20 Hardwood per tree — and Hardwood does not come from a base facility until level 43. Cherry Blossoms is the most expensive of the lot in practice despite the identical 60 Hardwood price tag it shares with Desert, because it gives you three pieces and no ground cover to go with them.

Faux Snowy Greenery Set49460 Hardwood + 20 Fiber

If you only want ground cover to sit under the sakura, the cheapest fix is a long way back down the tree. The Faux Crimson Foliage Set at level 14 includes the Faux Rock, the game's only buildable boulder, for 20 Stone — and the Faux Bamboo Set at 23 has two flowering bushes that sit closer to the blossom palette than anything at level 56 does. Both are one point each, so filling out the base of your trees is far cheaper than the trees themselves.

Is the Cherry Blossoms Set Worth a Point?

Yes, if you are building anything with a Japanese-style roofline, and no if you are not — this is the most theme-locked of the eight faux sets, and a pink canopy looks out of place in a volcanic or snowfield base in a way the green and golden trees never do. The point cost is trivial at one out of the 22 that level 56 asks for, and the material bill is 60 Hardwood you should already be producing by 56. The honest caveat is the one every faux set shares: nothing here stores, produces, buffs or defends anything. Take the unlock when you hit 56, let a Logging Site II cover the Hardwood, and place all three variants rather than three of the same one.
