Gold in Palworld isn't really farmed at the stove or the mine — it walks around on legs, sleeps in your Ranch, and hides inside treasure Pals. These are the money-makers that actually hold up, from the single best gold pinata in the game to the passive coin printer you can set up at base.
Hunt Mimog — the Walking Jackpot
Mimog is the answer to most gold problems: every single one you take down or catch pays out 8,500–11,000 Gold Coins, plus a stack of 170–250 Dog Coins for the medal shop on top. With over 5,000 spawn spots across the islands, there's a cluster near wherever you built — check the map and make a loop of it. Nothing else in the game comes close per minute.
| Pal | Gold per takedown | Where |
|---|---|---|
Mimog | 100% · ×8,500–11,000 | 5,302 spawn spots |
Dumud Gild | 50% · ×100–200 | 312 spawn spots |
Vanwyrm | 10% · ×10–40 | 545 spawn spots |
Put Mau on the Ranch
Mau produces Gold Coins just by being assigned to a Ranch — zero input, pure profit while you play. It's the only Pal that prints money directly; the full lineup of what every Ranch Pal makes is on the Ranch Pals page.
Sell the Shinies
Precious gems exist for exactly one reason: selling. They're the densest value in the game — a few slots of gems out-earn a whole pallet of crafted goods when a merchant is nearby:
Gems turn up in high-tier cavern chests, supply drops, and even as gifts from certain base visitors — the Desert Town Ambassador can hand over up to five Diamonds at once.
