List of All Pals in the Paldeck: Numbers and Locations
Every Pal in the Palworld Paldeck in number order: all 288 entries from Lamball No. 001 to Astralym No. 204, including 84 B variants, with each Pal's element, best work job, spawn count and the route for the 30 you can't catch in the wild.
The Palworld Paldeck holds 288 Pals under 204 numbers, from Lamball at No. 001 to Astralym at No. 204. This list gives every entry in Paldeck order with its element, its best base job and exactly where to catch it, plus the 30 Pals you won't find standing around in a field.
Palworld Paldeck at a Glance
The number that trips people up is 204 versus 288. The Paldeck only counts 204 base numbers, and 84 regional variants slot in behind their originals with a B suffix, so Paldeck No. 005 is Fuack and No. 005B is Fuack Ignis. Filling the book means catching both.
| Paldeck | Detail |
|---|---|
| Total entries | 288 |
| Numbered base Pals | 204 (No. 001 to No. 204) |
| B-number variants | 84 |
| Pals with two elements | 87 |
| Pals with no element | 1 — Astralym |
| Biggest element | Dark, 70 Pals |
| Smallest elements | Electric and Dragon, 25 each |
| Night-only field spawns | 13 |
| No field spawn at all | 30 (alphas, bosses, dungeons, raids) |
| Most common Pal in the wild | Mimog, 5,312 spawn spots |
Two rows matter for completionists. The 13 night-only Pals won't appear no matter how long you run a daytime loop, and the 30 with no field spawn need a specific fight, cavern or breeding pair. Both groups are called out in the tables below and collected again in their own section, so you can plan the stragglers in one trip.
How Paldeck Numbers and Variants Work
Variants keep the base number because they share a body with the original and only swap the element, and the name suffix tells you which way it went. Cryst is Ice (17 of them), Ignis is Fire (15), Noct is Dark (15), Lux is Electric (11), Terra is Ground (10), Primo is Neutral (5), Botan is Grass (4) and Aqua is Water (4). Dumud Gild, Blazamut Ryu and Bellanoir Libero are the three one-off suffixes.
A variant often works a completely different job from its original, which is why the Top work column is worth reading row by row. Univolt is an Electric generator, while Univolt Cryst is a Cooling Lv 6 Pal that can run a whole cold-storage wing. Every variant is also covered with its unlock route in the list of all subspecies Pals.
Full List of All Pals in the Paldeck
Every entry in Paldeck order, split into eight number ranges so each table stays readable. The Top work column is the Pal's highest base work suitability, and the location column links straight to our interactive Palworld map with that Pal's spawn layer already switched on. Pals with no field spawns tell you where to go instead.
Paldeck No. 001 to 025
The starter island lives here: Lamball, Cattiva, Chikipi and Lifmunk are the first four entries and some of the first Pals you'll catch. Pengullet is the easiest to find at 1,130 spawn spots, and Penking is the early Mining Lv 3 worker everyone wants for a first ore base.
This range also holds five of the game's 13 night-only Pals — Depresso, Hoocrates, Daedream, Nox and Pengullet Lux — so a single night run through the early zones clears a big chunk of the low numbers. Kingpaca and Kingpaca Cryst have no ordinary spawns; they're Alphas at Lv 23 and Lv 46.

Paldeck No. 026 to 050
Water carries this block with 11 entries, and it includes two of the most common Pals in Palworld: Turtacle at 1,480 spawn spots and Kelpsea at 1,371. Azurobe and Azurobe Cryst are the stand-out workers, with Watering Lv 4 and Cooling Lv 4 respectively.
The awkward one is Mau, which only turns up inside three dungeon caverns, so it's worth grabbing on your next cave run rather than hunting the overworld. Hangyu Cryst is night-only and pays off once you have it: Its Handiwork Lv 3 matches the best crafting level in this range.
Paldeck No. 051 to 075
Dark takes over from here with 9 of the 34 entries. Cawgnito is the easy one at 1,463 spawn spots, while Loupmoon, Tombat and Lovander only come out at night. Tombat's Mining Lv 3 makes it the pick of that trio for a base.
For workers, Univolt Cryst and its Cooling Lv 6 lead the range, Felbat is an early Medicine Production Lv 3 option, and Elizabee brings Planting Lv 4. Vanwyrm is the common flyer, with 545 spawn spots and Transporting Lv 3.
Paldeck No. 076 to 100
The biggest range in the Paldeck: 45 entries, 20 of them variants, and it is where Fire, Grass and Electric first get deep. Bushi Noct (1,990 spots) and Bushi (1,838) are everywhere, and Helzephyr is a common mid-game flyer with Transporting Lv 4.
Katress Ignis only spawns in Cherry Blossom Cave, and Wixen Noct and Needoll Noct are night-only, so those three are the usual gaps here. Menasting Terra is a rarity 10 Pal with only 11 spawn spots, but its Mining Lv 6 is worth the search. Fenglope Lux quietly carries Generating Electricity Lv 5.
Paldeck No. 101 to 125
Grass and Ground share the lead with 10 entries each. Digtoise (660 spots, Mining Lv 4) and Broncherry (492 spots, Planting Lv 5) are the easy base upgrades. Suzaku Aqua brings Watering Lv 6.
Two entries skip the field entirely. Jormuntide is an Alpha at Lv 55 and carries Watering Lv 7, the best watering in this range, while Moldron Cryst is a Lv 78 Alpha or a unique breeding result. Maraith is night-only.

Paldeck No. 126 to 150
Mimog has 5,312 spawn spots, far more than any other Pal in the game, with Omascul (1,621) and Smokie (1,620) well behind it. At the other end, Anubis is a rarity 10 Handiwork Lv 6 Pal with only 35 spots, and Starryon Primo brings Gathering Lv 7.
Three entries in this range need a special trip. Blazamut Ryu is a raid boss that you breed afterwards, and Xenovader and Xenogard only show up in Snowfields raid herds. Blazamut itself is catchable and runs Mining Lv 7.
Paldeck No. 151 to 175
This is the Alpha-heavy block. Astegon (Lv 55), Silvegis (Lv 62), Eidrolon (Lv 69), Ophydia (Lv 69) and Celesdir Noct (Lv 79) have no ordinary spawns, so you need a sphere ready when you fight each one. The Alpha Pal locations page pins all of them.
Celesdir is the common find at 1,613 spots, and Celesdir Noct's Lumbering Lv 8 is the highest Lumbering level in the game. Splatterina is night-only and runs Handiwork Lv 6. Solmora Lux is the pick for power with Generating Electricity Lv 6.

Paldeck No. 176 to 204
The last 33 entries are where the Paldeck gets hard: 16 of them have no field spawn at all. The raid bosses Bellanoir, Bellanoir Libero, Xenolord and Hartalis have to be summoned and then bred. The legendaries from No. 198 onward — Paladius, Frostallion, Neptilius and Jetragon — are Lv 60 to Lv 70 Alphas.
This range also has the best workers in the game. Nine Pals here reach a Lv 8 job: Solenne (Handiwork), Renjishi (Kindling), Aegidron (Mining), Orserk (Generating Electricity), Bastigor (Cooling), Shaolong (Watering), Silvance (Medicine Production), Dandilord (Planting) and Jetragon (Gathering). The book closes on the two tower bosses, Panthalus at No. 203 and Astralym at No. 204.

Pals You Can't Catch in the Wild
Thirty Paldeck entries have no field spawn, and they split into a handful of routes. Knowing which route applies saves you from searching a region that will never spawn them.
| Route | Pals | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Alpha fight | 16 | Fight and catch the Alpha on its fixed spot. Covers Kingpaca, Jormuntide, Astegon, Jetragon and the other legendaries |
| Raid boss | 5 | Summon at a Summoning Altar, win, then breed: Bellanoir, Bellanoir Libero, Xenolord, Hartalis, Blazamut Ryu |
| Boss fight, then breed | 3 | Silvance, Dandilord and Necromus are fought as bosses and bred afterwards |
| Dungeon only | 2 | Mau in three caverns, Katress Ignis in Cherry Blossom Cave |
| Raid herds | 2 | Xenovader and Xenogard arrive with Snowfields raid herds |
| Tower boss | 2 | Panthalus and Astralym |
Eidrolon is counted with the Alphas, but it also turns up in dungeon boss rooms, so a cave run is a second shot at it. Every raid boss has its own summoning item and fight breakdown on the Palworld raid bosses page, and the breeding pairs for the bred-only entries are in the Palworld breeding calculator.
The Short Answer
The Palworld Paldeck has 288 Pals: 204 numbered base Pals plus 84 B-number variants. 258 of them spawn somewhere on the map, 13 of those only at night, and the last 30 come from Alphas, raids, tower and World Tree bosses, two dungeons and Snowfields raid herds. Work through the tables above in order and use the map links to go straight to each spawn.
